Ok, so maybe this is obvious, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere:

I want to make a puzzle involving pieces that slide around on a surface that will go together to make a final pattern and unlock something. You know, like those pictures that are scrambled?

I thought I could do it with physics objects that the player could grab with the E button and drag around. I was dismayed to find that I can't even get anything to be able to be dragged! I can move objects with the grav gun, but not with the E button. I've tried everything I can think of and still no love. Any help is appreciated.

If it's too heavy it can't be picked up with +use (if it's really heavy not even with the ggun). Try lowering the mass (0.01) property.
Why snark works.

there may also be boxes that need to be checked in the flags tab of the model properties.
