I'm using a school comp right now. I should have my net connection back Friday.
Mobo is dead. I'll be sending it back today  . Cleaning the thermal past off is going to be a pain. Biostar can kiss my ass. They own me $9.87.
And i went with Wide Open West.

Who wants to hear something funny? The mobo was never dead. After receving the second one and having the same problums i when back and read the user comments at newegg. Turns out the auxiliary 8 pin power connector is mandatory. WTF!! I would have tried plugging it in but my psu doesn't have a 8 pin power connector. Turns out u can plug the 4 pin power connector into the 8 pin slot that does come with psu. once again, WTF!! Other people were calling it, and i agree, pore documentation.
All is running smooth now. Just a few programs left to install.

Strange, that sounds like the first thing I suggested you look at ... hmm.
Blame it on Microsoft, God does.
