Thankfully you have a theme, and yes I see now that you have pews, giant crosses, stained glass, and grandfather clocks (what?) as well as black squares i'm assuming are meant to be headstones. So, you get points for attempting a theme.
You have a light with no apparent source... try adding torches, candles, or light bulbs to make your levels more realistic. Also -- your rooms are way too boxy. There's no real religious architecture going on that would indicate this was a church. If it weren't for the coffins I wouldn't have known this was a church.
