ok everytime i start my other comp its doesnt work i just hear 1 long beep then it stop then it goes again and so on i havent added any new hardware lately i can see the cpu and video card fan going and i can hear the power supply fan going any ideas why this is happening?

Amd 64 3200+
1 gig pc3200 ram
ati x800 pro

What does that mean? Does it beep again? does it switch off again? Does
it start working and then fail the next time you switch it on?

You could try and pull out all your extra hardware and see what
happens. If that works then put in your peripherals one by one and
check which is faulty. switch it on after each is connected to check if
it still works.

Or, better yet, what was the last thing you did before it failed? Was there a bad shutdown? Power surge/brownout?

If you check you motherboard manual it will tell you the problem (based on the type of beep). If you don't have your manual your a fool and need to go onto the net and use something known as a search engine to solve a simple problem.

Even in moments of non-communication there seems to be vast amounts of info transfered from thems thats dumb to thems less so.

I can see very clearly that this fella needs help. He might solve his PC issues someday, but his brain will forever be short a few cells. :lol:
