1 dollar = 1 monetary unit used in the United States
1 cent = 1/100 dollars
0.002 cents != 0.002 dollars
0.002 * (1/100 dollars) != 0.002 * (1 dollar)
0.002/100 dollars != 0.002 dollars
0.00002 dollars != 0.002 dollars

They're the lesser of two evils. The other being Comcast in my area. For fiber optic internet service they trump all. ($35/month for 5/2Mbps down/up, compared to Comcast's $65/month for 8/1Mbps down/up, though it generally goes between 3 and 4 Mbps down.)

I still hate their wireless network division though. Money grubbing whores.

Blame it on Microsoft, God does.

If u ever have a choice, don't go with WOW. I have it and it's a 4 Mbps down and less than .5 Mbps up. No joke.

I didn't listen to the whole thing but they clearly are idiots.

But don't think other providers are much better (at least from my experience).
