(Mostly violin from what I can tell in this one. There's a place in the game where Max plays piano though, and he plays this theme briefly on piano. And another time a thug plays 'Late Goodbye' on the piano too.)

Late Goodbye Guitar Tabs (if that's what you meant in the first place):

wow....cj, thank you for the dl man....that is a very powerful piece, especially for a game track.....incidentally, its all done on some very sophisticated synths.....theres little ways to tell, but to the average listener, they would be virtually inaudible.....i really like this piece alot....i kept waiting for a mettalica crunch to come punching thru at any second.... in other words, a hella intro...is that the only piece of music in the game track basicly?....i assume there are variations on the theme, but the only drawback i can foresee would be if it STAYS in this vein....very moody, mood inspiring, and dark.....wow....nice.

ill set to work on it,,,,,question: do you just want it in guitar tab, or do you want it in the orchestrated sheet music format?....and do you just want the melody lines, or the whole s**t and shebang?... :heee:

Well I would prefer it as sheet music, if you're really feeling up to it.

That's probably the best track in the game, and the only one Rockstar/Remedy has put up for download.
