Is it me?

I have been looking at FPSBANANA and this site as well as a couple others, and it seems de_maps are pretty much all there is now a days. I recall the good'ol days of CounterStrike, when we had VIP, Hostage Rescue, Bomb Defusal, & Escape maps. I dont think you can even map a VIP map anymore.

I am not even talking about the Fun Yard maps like Scouts & Knives.

So what has become of this once great game? Dont even get me started on the huge headshot boxes now.. =)

As for fpsbananna, the place is loaded with killbox maps and it really frustrates me some of the people there, they will rate decent maps poorly, than go along and rate some killbox 10/10. You have to hand it to them though, its defiantly a huge community for custom maps, its highly likely that if you upload a map there, people will comment on it, download it, and go to your website if you put it there, no matter how good the map is, and people will continue to look at maps after a while to. The other day I got a comment on my bm_backwash map that I uploaded a few months ago.

Killbox, is that the same as Funyard?

Hey Let me again apologize for popping off at ya. I was upset and sleepy and I was fed up with messing with the program. I even created that folder that was missing, and it still didnt work.. so I uninstalled it, and reinstall it and this time it installed with the folder, and then the plug in worked.

But back on topic.. yeah I have an old map I did called DM_Lazertag... it was only on a couple servers.. it was dark and gloomy and had pumping techno in the background... kinda like a Laser Tag place. I even had a prefab on ejoop of a black light I made.. long lost to the internet now. I may try to remake it in source.. just need to figure some new light tricks.. like spining lights and so on.

I may post a map on there, but not until I get a bit better.. and the Pit will always get first dibs.

What does bm_ stand for? I need to get a new web site I think.. or just stay with my-opera page.
