How do you get the enhanced graphics for HL? Like the graphics on the PS2. I have seen images of enhanced graphics for the computer so how do you get them?

In the case of the PS2 version, I think they just used higher definition models and such. You could probably do a bit of a search for a high definition model pack for Half-Life which may also include better quality textures, decals, sounds etc.

Any other enhancements are done in the code. If you want to look at engine based enhancements that where done in the code, you should check out Half-Life FX or Arrangement.
