Water is a polar molecule meaning one side has a slight negative/positive charge. This means that they align together neatly (bottom joins to the top of the next molecule and so on) and there are forces between molecules holding them together much like magnets which can be difficult to break apart (example, I think it is monounsaturated oils are difficult to break apart and the body dosen't know what to do with them so it stores them as fat - hence why they are bad as opposed to polyunsaturated fats which can be broken apart easier).
I just cant see how you can align water molecules in a more efficient manner that your body would absorb them

You place it on your cellular phone an supposedly it absorbs harmful radiation from hitting your head. I think you get more radiation in the sun than you do from your cellular phone, but I could be wrong about this.
It's complete bull. Probably an april fools joke.
