The map is ill conceived. It lacks any of the aspects that make a good rats theme. You must get hurt to get to places and actually die to do some.
My advice is to find some really well made rats maps and incorporate the best portions into your map.
Right now, its a killbox that resembles a bedroom.
I'd try very hard to get that file size reduced. Its monstrous.
I'll grant you a 4, but only because of the effort you have already applied. This map isn't really a 4 for any other reason.
