Honestly, I think about 90% of the pixels in the brightest screenshot here are absolutely pitch black, and another 5% are dark dark gray. In the last one the only source of light is the flashlight and the self-illuminated sky.
How about calling it dm_runoff_extreme_pitchblack? You should definitely work on the lighting; deleting all the light entities isn't the way to create darkness. That or take some screens in brighter areas with more visual detal.. we have one screen of some random wall, one of a white lamp that's casting blood-red light (um.. why? especially when there's a model of the same exact lamp with a red light texture) and one of a wooden pallet.
If you're going to rip apart and butcher Valve's maps, you should at least make them playable...

Everybody huh?
Now why does that sound like a certain Kansas member?
I figure since I downloaded the daylight version, it is not truly necessary to download one that has no lights.
Another "1" for unoriginality and borrowed content.

Its genuinely not a case of needing to grow up Tommy. Snarkpit may be lacking these days in content but its standards are still exceedingly high. If we were singling out you, you might win your case but we do not tolerate any substandard mapping. There are far better releases than anything you have placed here that we give equally hard times on. In the end, everyone benefits from the added input.
The biggest problems with you is, you cannot accept that your maps.. ahem your borrowed maps aren't as exciting as you want to believe. I do believe you are telling the truth, that someone somewhere told you they were but the fact remains, you are selling your wares here, and they are bombing.
Make something original. Post it in the mapping forums and we will give it all the attention it requires. Till then, accept that borrowed content, even yours, is unacceptable.
