Sounds like a wicked Idea! (I can't run Source right now so I can't try it!)
I don't see anything new under the sun from the screens, for all that means. = )
Anyway I'll be sure to try it when I get my source Machine up again... it looks like you've put a lot of work into it. ; )

As a matter of fact, that third screenshot is outdated because the texturing in that particular room has changed.

Omg best mod ever. I take this mod as part of the story now. Its just so awesome. Theres only one problem with it. The scenes are sorta cheesy. By the way the combine elite suit is glitched up you cant see through it.

Thanks Sgt.zerg. The Citizen will be composed of more chapters, of which you have seen the first two.
About the Elite suit being glitched, your 3D probably limits you to DirectX 8.1
To fix this, delete the file named eliteoverlay.VMT in your SourceMods\The Citizen\materials\citizen\ folder, and rename eliteoverlay2.VMT to eliteoverlay.VMT That should do the trick.
