This is a a discussion topic for the map "Dm-DryDock" by GoLDeN which can be found here

Map description:

I started this map last december, have been working on it weeknights and weekends since then. It started as an idea for a prison and then soon turned into an old rundown dock for car imports. It's quite large, should suit 16 players. Hopeing to add alot more detail and then optimise, layout is pretty much complete.
Would love some feedback on the images so far..thanks:)

Looks great!
Maybe you could add some more texture variation.

Thats so nice! The first screen could definitely use some texture variation, though - go for something brighter.

I think your continual use of the same texture disguises any architecture thats actually there... I'll take a gander when theres a download.

Looks great, but I believe it's too dark. Increase the light_environment ambient light setting to perhaps something around 75. That'll brighten up the level a bit without destroying the shadows.

Excellent, thankyou everyone for the comments, all very helpfull, I agree about the texture set etc..will work on that and thanks for the tip on the ambient lighting satchmo, I'll try that first up.
I need a place to put this map for download so you can have a look through, will find somewhere.
