Looks good so far, though the lighting is a little bland.

Nice for a first map. Try to get rid of the "box with something in the middle" large-scale idea for a map-layout. I know it's far from an actual "box", but still, having multiple, separate but well connected areas of interest allows more versatile gameplay.
I would not make this bigger. Small to medium-sized maps usually play better (and are run more often) than large maps.
I agree with Andrei on the lighting issue. Use (subtle!) colors in every light. Yellowish, blueish tones to create some contrast in colour warmth. Too white lighting turns out a little grey in HL2DM (which has a rather desaturated texture-palette anyway).
The water could kill some people's machines performance-wise. I love HL2's water shaders, but considering what a small spot you're using it in, it's quite an expensive FPS-killer so you might want to consider removing it.
PS: The download link was a pain for me to get to work. Could you try uploading it somewhere else? fpsbanana.com works fine for me.
