Tis not exactly the same as playing head to head, but really, once you get good at Fallout 3 I don't think there is a better.

I would like to see a head to head online game though. My luck, it would be a game I'd not lay even if I were paid to.

If you're saying that I need to give more examples of stupid, that's not likely either. I'm sure you know what I'm trying to say, its just your inner sense of "FAIRNESS" that's getting in the way.

It doesn't matter how many examples you provide because there is simply no correlation between intelligence and platform of choice. You're belief is a fallacy and yes you're entitled to your own opinion but that doesn't make it right.

If you don't think there is any "stupid" people as you say on the pc then maybe you should go to one of the internet cafes I've been to and seen the kind of people there playing mostly counter-strike.

Perhaps I misread your point, but didn't you just prove what I said? If stupid people are playing at the cafe's and you noticed them as being stupid, did you not also notice that they'd have more fun at it if they weren't stupid?

I mean to say that if it was their stupidity that caught your attention, why was that exactly? Or am I truly misreading your intention?

As I said before, most of them play with the idea of having fun, not thinking. Of course, Snarkpit has an abundance of killbox maps so maybe there is something in what we both have said. shrugs

[EDIT] I think I've had a epiphany Aaron. I think you're confusing shouldn't with aren't.

I say that stupid people shouldn't play computer games because they cannot grasp them well enough. You say they are playing them. I never meant to suggest they weren't playing them. Does that make more sense now? I see no arrogance just observations.

The consoles have become computers with crippled operating systems

The only difference any more is the OS and the controllers, oh, and the lack of ability to customize

So: Consoles are time limited computers with crippled OS's and lack the input abilities of a keyboard and mouse

but the games can obviously be ported over one to one because of this, with key bind options added to the PC editions of the game

I guess I wouldn't mind so much if it didn't seem like the console market is stealing the pc one.

I realize they need to go where the money is, but dammit I hate to see the proportions so askew in favor of consoles. Time was there were selves and shelves of choices, now you're lucky if 1 or 2 games even peak your interest enough to pick up the boxes to read.

The other day I actually saw someone playing that stupid drum game.. I reckon it goes with the guitar game, anywho's they were mindlessly thwacking the drums and acting like it was fun. That's got to be right up there with watching paint drying. Whoohoo.

Time was there were more games than I had money to buy them. Now there are no games, and still not much money, but now I cannot even drool over them.

[EDIT] You know, I watched that video again and kept thinking "This is either a kid that didn't like his map rating, or he has some obtuse person at a forum somewhere not grasping his replies" LOL
