So today i launch steam like i do every day, no problem, launch steam, press friends button, now something is out of place, and i just cannot place my finger on it...

Ah... That would be it... It's.... DOWNLOADING my friends list... Huh....

Now i decide it'd be best to just let it finish, what else would i do?

No problem, wait a minute, still "downloading" my friends list, 5 minutes, still downloading, now it's gone over 2 hours and I'm getting a LITTLE impatient...

no you don't, I don't have the new steam and its fine for me. I dont like the new steam at the moment, but when it comes out im sure people will mod it so it is to my liking, but for now, im sticking with the old one.
