Well, I came across this from my $5 subscription to PC Gamer and I came across this page I wanted to share with you all. (click to enlarge).

I know the industry was large, but it just never occurred to me to think about where some of them were.

The article by PC Gamer is there to make a point about PC gaming not being dead, and I just thought you guys might be interested to see this. Also, I didn't know half of these companies were still in business. The article was in the September 2010 issue of PC Gamer.

Wow, I never knew those companies are European. Could have sworn companies like Rockstar were American.

It's also wonderful to see that we(Australians) are not listed on the map.. I've never heard of a good game come out of Aus anyway.

Not to mention that they take FOREVER to release games. The good news is that Blizzard's games are most of the time bug free, well though out and very well executed from the release (if it ever actually happens).
Now remember kids. Asking questions is a good way to get censored by the government.
