I had a couple of problems with my pit on snarkpit v4, while it had worked fine on v3. Essentially it was just saying I needed to await authorisation or something, even though Gwil said apparently I had already been granted it. Lep sorted it out in the end, I guess its just one of these problems that occur on new sites

I can't add jpgs or zips or any of the allowed file extensions or make new files either.
Tried a couple times over the last few days, but no go.

Pits are generally given to people who need it or will contribute back to the site in some way.
Pits should work immediately after being authed, it just creates a folder on the server as your name and lets you access a page to upload with...
As for your pit not working it's probably Leps Valve like brain, instead of copying perfectly good code from the previous site he probably decided to (in valve [steam] terms) "fix it"...
Hmmm the time thingy in top right needs editing, doesn't say if the post was AM or PM... or am I blind?

well from my view the time stamp is in 24 hour format...so no AM or PM is necessary.

Doc, your site was screwed like Sinner's, but they've both been fixed and the culprit fixed (see other thread). Bewbies, that might have been because pits are given to people in need of some none-geoshitties webspace or somewhere to store their maps or whatever and not just personal sites, I haven't seen any of your work

Hah, so I was right! To get a pit it depends on your # of maps, tutorials, prefabs, news posts and such given to snarkpit. God-bless snarkpit, my home sweet home!
