i think it has korn, but its buried, and not easily found, cause you didn't find it.. but i have seen it.
anyways, i think we are still having people post over-sized images, can we reduce them? (as in forbid the uploading) i mean for maps and such keep them to under 100k at 800x600? but allow our artist, who need very large images to do so in the art forum?
maps don't need big, but art does.

I know I mentioned this before but it would nice to have a section where users could submit proper reviews on finished maps. They'd be fairly easy to integrate into the site I'd imagine, and everyone loves reviews right?
I remember we agreed on a review format before, does anyone still have it?

I would like to see reviews come back. But if we dont have a template, why dont we just stick with the ones we have already?

in the "user stat" area, we need a "who has rated the most members overall" categorie.

It'd be a nice feature if you could use bb code in the comments section for smileys and urls.

I used to be able to write/upload reviews. Sadly now I cant anymore and my reviews were credited to Gwil for some reason, lol.

Gwil, you sneaky little f**k. Give him back his reviews.
Was there actually a feature for users to upload reviews? I'd review some stuff occasionally if there was.

I remember seeing that before. If you click on the buttons it tells you somthing like you don't have permission to change the comment right? It might be that one of the admin features is messed up a bit and displaying on normal members screens.

The guests thing is just a guess based on the number of page loads this website gets from logged-in-or-not people. Fixed the comments thing too, my bad  Aaaand reviews we can do- the problem is turning away the crap ones, which even I with my cold cold heart have trouble doing sometimes, like with tutorials :/

I understand. I wont ask to be a reviewer again. I know when my work is not up to par
Oh and by the way Lep, your answered questions thingy that I see in the control panel for the editing forum is still not working. Unless there is a delay, because I recently answered 2 questions and I still reside at 13.

There's a lot of stuff wrong with the website, I saw my own name as the last posted even though I haven't even posted in that thread.
Front page has some weird news thingy. And the list goes on and on, not that much bothered by the bugs though, just very strange.

One day, when I perfect these forums and start working on a 'distributable' version- complete with easily customisable forum/topic pages, themes, support functionality, etc. etc. Have some more ideas I'd like to add too, like if you add a reply 2 minutes after one of your own posts it just tacks it onto the end of the last one, and maybe getting threaded topics working.
Actually, been thinking more about the future in general and have some ideas. I figure a Wikipedia-style website, where people can contribute/edit articles at will, would work quite nicely. You could do away with editing forums, really. And similarly for maps...

As well, for user levels, perhaps once we get high enough, we dont need to have our news accepted before it gets posted. I mean, after 2 years, I wouldnt be posting crap on there. Just a thought

i would like to have the ability to post a poll, anonymously..
IMO, some people might be swayed in advance when the poster is known. some for good, others for ill, but not knowing the origin of the poll, might render more reliable figures.

"??users online"
when you click this, it tells you whom is here, it also shows you what they are looking/reading at..
you have an option of clicking on the link, of what they are viewing, but it takes you to page #1, it would be nice if it took you to the last page, thats where the relevant/current info is..

I like that point. Also, on another note, Lep, everytime I want to send you a PM and your not online, I have to go into your profile. In Snarkpit Version 3, you had the PM link next to the member names in the member list. Can we have that back?
Oh, and having front page and profile news would be great too  .
