I compiled a DPB (Digital Paintball) map I made. I am using the halflife.wad, op4.wad, dust.wad, and dod_charlie.wad in the map. When I go to play the map on Steam while starting the server I get an error that says something along the lines of could not load dod_charlie.wad. Why am I getting this error?

because the dod_charlie.wad is not in the correct place. you have to put it either with the paintball wads or with the halflife wads, not with the other dod wads. Basically you can only have one mod's textures (plus whatever's in the valve folder) loaded at one time.

As Yak said, ensure that all the wads you're using are copied into the Digital Paintball folder under Half-Life. If you have errors on wads you're not using then you probably have them selected in Hammer.
