VHE was working fine a week ago, now all of a sudden it won't let me export to map. When I try to it just sits there thinking for about 4-5 seconds then VHE crashes. There isn't anything wrong with the rmf because I tried older maps that have had no problems before and it does the same thing. I've also installed a new copy of VHE 3.4 (was using beta 3.5) and it still does it.

Curses, just when uni finishes and I'm already to map up a storm, this happens! :crash:

This is a problem Wildcard was having a while back, but the topic doesn't seem to have an answer for the problem. If anyone does, please tell me.

Try this. Create a simple map, a single room, with a player_start, and a light_entity and export that.

You can also try unistalling VHE and manually deleting left-over folders (BACK-UP YOUR MAP FOLDER!!!!) and reboot your computer, then re-install VHE3.4

Perhaps going to C:/WINDOWS/Prefetch and emptying that might help too.

It's ok, I've fixed the problem. For some reason VHE didn't like me using textures from the steam folder, so I just copied them from the steam folders to the old won folders and used them from there. Works like a charm. Thanks for the suggestions Wildcard.

I have a seperate folder for all my .WADs so its more easy to find, since I switch WADs very often, and it allows me to still have the WADs even after I delete the game/mod.
