How to eliminate this bar? I already tried to lay the the waterbrush outside, inside and in between the wall...

make sure the water brush extends beyond the border of the wall brushes. If it already does so, consider making it flush with the wall brush also make sure the use cubemaps.

What water texture and wall texture are you using?

Hmm, yeah, Nickelplate, I don't think that's the solution if there is one. I did a little experiment, and took a pic. http://img44.exs.cx/img44/4980/waterlines3ff.jpg (white textures were used for contrast)

The furthest pool is the water texture flush with its container and nodraw on all nonvisible sides. The middle pool is the same, but with the water texture on all sides. The closest pool is obviously the one where the water overlaps the bounds of the box.
