Hello, I am a first time mapper, and I have been having trouble loading my map after it has been compiled. In the console I get this message - CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: No such map 'my'
map load failed: my not found or invalid.
I have tried the tut map in the Hammer help section and I have tried several other tut's that I have seen here. Every time I get the same message in my console. Not sure why this is happening or what to do to fix it. Fantastic site here and fantastic tut's.

What name did you save the map under? If it's something like "my test
map", I would guess the game is choking on the spaces in the name.

Yeah I changed the spaces to underscores and bam it worked.
Thanks to Rof and Rs6 for your help. I'm new to mapping and can use all the help I can. Thanks again for you help.
