alrigth I wanna change a series of pipes by changing them from vertical to horizonatlly gradully but the tutorial is missing pics for this... help?

What do you mean by gradually?
If you want to slowly lower it, make another part and click the middle of it once until there are four circles surrounding the box, then grab one and move your mouse.
Or if you want a 90 degree angle, create a torus, and clip all but that section.
