I have had issues with water, when I make it and
apply the textures; I make a solid, and texture with a water texture,
and tried both: made it into a func_water and I tried to leave it
as a solid to see if the texture would make it water
automatically... The second worked but it was white, and when you
jumped into it it was not as water, but as a func_illusinary would
be. Please help...!<span style="text-decoration: line-through;">

Yes, the only thing that I think that may have helped had missing pictures, and it was picture based.

Need I correction when such rules are vast?

make your water brush, cover it in nodraw on all sides except the
surface, make the surface one of the right water textures, (the <span style="color: blue;">blue ones).

place an env_cubemap above it.
