Hi. I wanted to create this typical broken tube light effect, but even
though I select fluorescent flicker, the flicker is only visible on my
weapon and the very nearest objects. I made both circles coming from my
light_dynamic quite wide though.

Light_dynamic only affects models. If you want a visible flicker on world geometry, use a
Light or Light_spot. Be careful though: these can be pretty resource
heavy at times.
