Well, click that "fix of all type" button, it'll fill in generic values (which is fine, it wont change anything you've done).

Do that, then come back if the error still comes up.

There we go. I fixed it, apparently it was because I tried reloading
it, and when I tried to reload it, it made the models white, it's fixed
now. Now I just need to know how to use multiple skyboxes in a map.

You can't. Only one 3D skybox can be used per map. What would you need more for then?

Or are you referring to something different that a 3D skybox?

Cap, he's using HL1 ... no 3d skyboxes.

But yes, you can only use one. You can still only use one in HL2 as well. Which is pretty disapointing, to be honest. You'd think, if they were completley seperate areas, you could define seperate skyboxes.

I think, the only way you could go about it, is making the skybox into textures instead, and using them that way, which would work pretty well if you found a way to make it not obvious that it wasn't a skybox. Using a texture method, you could even simulate a 3d skybox by building parkts of the skybox out of brushes and such.

In Opposing Force they were able to create the illusion of 2 skyboxes in 1 map. One half of the skybox cube was one sky, the other half was the other sky, and the map was designed so that you could only see one half of the skybox at a time. I think it was the gman sequence at the end. If you have OF, look through the skybox textures, you should be able to find it (it'll show it better than I can explain)

good one wilson , just had a look, that is a realy good idea to make it seem like 2 skyboxes, but it is a bit hard to make it work good  but a bit of fidling iwth it and i'm sure it's well within limits of most mappers
