This is a a discussion topic for the map "de_sustenance" by dewdle which can be found here

Map description:

A newly released map of mine...

Pretty small and fast paced de_ gameplay.
Nav included for convenience, load it up and test.
There are quite a few options with gameplay, several pathway connections allow for the other team to 'sneak up' on you planting the bomb/defending the bombsite, although a few places may be seen as 'campsites' they are generally pretty useless and defenceless...allowing for the fast gameplay.

Notes of location etc:
A historical site surrounded by modernised housing has been targeted by environmental terrorists.

As time progressed, the area has become much more modern, hence the swimming pool etc...

It's a small map with a "fast and furious" gameplay.

Much better.

About the map, sadly my CS hasn't completed updating yet. I suppose its in excess of 100 megs now.. Damned 56k :*(

But, from a purely image related stance, I am impressed and that saying something because I rarely get wet over anything made for Counter-Strike.
Image #1 is especially nice and the flowers only accent it even more. You might share your models with some of our other mappers, as I know a few maps that could benefit from some better foliage.

Thanx for being cooperative with the screenshots.

Well I downloaded and ran through it quickly. Some things I noticed is some of the lighting needs to be worked on yet. There are a couple really dark hallways. They would be bad camping spots for sure. Also there are some inset white dome lights that could use a env_sprite with a glow to make them look more like they are on. All in all really nice scenery especially the water in the background. That cought my attention the most. nice work!
