If you have no space, you may as well use the hosting snarkpit gives you in the map settings (they're at the bottom of the screen in the map settings).

You could also apply for a pit by clicking on "homepage", once again in the control panel.

death, i know we talked about this....if space is allowable, you can apply for a "pit" here....or, if you are really in a pinch i told you to send me the pics and i'd be gla to post em for ya.....***sigh...bangs head on wall

most free websites do not allow external viewing of pictures. I know for sure angelfire dosent (Im one of those unfortunate people who uses it). They used to give 50mb of space, now its only 20mb. But its a good place if you want to upload your maps to.

which reminds me. are the pits that were given in the last snarkpit still active? if so where can they be found?

They can be accessed from the control panel, right under 'private messages'

it will do till you find a better source.
