you should be so lucky, dave

nice pic GrimlocK, I think I've seen it before and i'll say it again.. have you tried experimenting in this style again? you seem to have a real gift for the old boney skeleton look - it actually reminds me of a game, but for the life of me I cannot remember what...

good work, shame about the second picture

Do you have a high resolution version of the picture in your avatar sans text lying about grim?

I was saying to Grimlock that I reckon he should ink it up, bring out the form to make it really clean and crisp, kinda like how Manga prints are done.

it clicked to me what lets it down.. you need curvature on the ribcage, and certainly a longer leg on the right hand side - the concept is well achieved, but the scaling at the moment is bad. currently it feels a little 2d/flat.

and i figure its fantasy doodlesque work, but realism is a part of even the most surreal pieces, IMO at least.

You want to see the image from the avatar? Or you want the text font?

I should get back into sketching, I've just had too much "real" life stuff going on.

The bone dragon from Ninja Gaiden, perhaps? That's the first thing I thought of when I saw the sketch.

Your right actually SC, it does look a lot like it (though perhaps not the same scale). That boss was too easy - NG bosses seemed to be rock hard or piss easy

Wicked art there. The most I could do in photoshop was the text fx wizards

Can I point out that I dont really like the font on you're avatar, It looks sloppy, unorginised.
