Well yeah, no movie really scares people anymore. But, what are the ones you enjoyed watching, wether you were scared or not.

'tis not a movie, but I really enjoy the Silent Hill series, it's the last thing to scare me in a loooong time. Although there have been some pretty good ones in the last few years, nothing exceptional though.

I like the original classics:

1.  A Nightmare on Elm Street
2.  Friday the 13th
3.  Halloween
4.  Child's Play
5.  The Thing

and ya, Silent Hill is a damn good scary game..so is Parasite Eve and the RE series isn't too bad either.

I have Parasite Eve and the Original RE for GameCube, but they don't quite measure up...PE isn't bad, it's a little spooky but it wasn't intended to be a horror type game, and RE gets too comical for me, and I get bored of the puzzles in it.

I love the original Silent Hill simply because it was so bizzare and unexpected. In RE, its just a bunch of zombies trying to feck ya up. But SH? Its not quite so simple to pin down whats going on, even after you're finished with the game. That feeling of confusion, coupled with being lost in a foreign town overrun with beasties makes the environment so spectacularly eerie.
