What do you mean exactly? You mean have a bigger TV screen? Just stretch the texture more! Press the "fit" button to make it the same size as the brush you've applied the texture to.
BTW just so you know, if this is for a CSS map it won't work. Cameras don't work in CSS yet.

This question pertains to something similar: Does anyone know if other
players appear to the screen? (I know the player that you are
controling doesnt appear). I dont have anyone to run a test map with me
so I cant tell.

No, I'm not positive on CS, because I don't make maps for it. But I do know that in HL2, you can see other people on the camera and not yourself.

I think two different things are being conflated here. One, there is no
Gordon model. Two, it doesn't matter that there isn't one anyway, since
the client doesn't render your player's model (which is why you don't
see yourself through cameras, and why when you look down you can't see
your legs, body, etc.)
So even in CS, where you do have a player model, your client isn't drawing it.
Probably this sort of behaviour could be changed through modding the game.

The 'fit' button is in the texture application window, i would give you a screenshot but i dont have hammer on this pc.
