"the configuration information for the game you're trying to edit is invalid or missing"

error message when I try and open Hammer for HL2:DM

I think it may have somthing to do with this not working for me

To fix this problem, just click the "Reset Game Configurations" button on the Source SDK lancher.

I just had the same problem and thought I might add this:

If it still doesn't work after clicking the "Reset Game Configurations", run the game and then try again.
