<div style="text-align: left;">I have my train placed in my map in
hammer and when I go in game it is rotated 90 degrees on the X axis.
Also I made a carve in the side of my train and it doesnt show up.

</div>

In Hammer, just rotate it 90 degrees in the right direction. Compile and it should show up the way you want it to.

that sounds odd.. it sounds more like some sort of origin is not set. see if there is a clock dial setting of some sort in the properties.
i know nothing about trains, but i have never heard of rotating things in the editor to fix an entity. :confused:

Go into the flags section for your train entity, you should find an
unchecked box saying 'fixed orientation' check it and your train wont
rotate. Had the same problem, took me ages to find that little
box! Hope that helps :smile:

If you also read the entity documentation I believe it mentions something about how it's orientated when it loads in-game...
