Okay so like the title suggests, I would like to know of a good Web
hosting company for an upcomming web site. Some company that doesnt
overprice their services, but at the same time isnt cheap to where I
cant get my 10mb maps uploaded. Perferibly a company that has a
majority of its server in the US (no offence to those out of the US).
Any help is appreciated.

The first 40Mb is free, after that it's $10 per 100Mb per year.

750kb for the first 7 days, after that it's 20Mb. Set up your site, wait 7 days, then upload your maps.

Actually, it doesn't say how fast it is... not that it really matters, does it? It's fairly simple to use, my only complaint is that you can only upload one file at a time (unless you buy their "Multiple File Uploader" which probably isn't neccessary).

Webspace for maps? Head over to http://www.hlgaming.com they host me, and I believe CashCar & ReNo have 'archived' websites.

Agreed. I'm using them at the moment for a site, and they give you a
free MySQL database as well as PHP support. I've had some slight
difficulty with some PHP and MySQL, as well as a problem uploading
files using the web interface, but other than that it's a great host.
