I really know nothing about art, so from a viewers perspective, I like it, it really creates an illusion of moving.

I'm on braodband and I can't be bothered waiting for it to load. I've
waited, written this post, and posted it, all before its even halfway
down.

OMFG that thing is nearly a megabyte! Are you insane? But it's interesting. Not to the point where I could stare at it for hours, but interesting.

Hey, Hey... I was almost spot on!
Photoshop filters are definately fun to play with, and a good way to toy around with the program. They are definately useful, also...buuut. Anyone who knows photoshop or 3d can spot filters a mile away, and are rarely very impressed with filters alone. Not trying to knock ya art work...keep playing and visiting some good sites for digital art - you will start to pick up how the masters use such filters and effects to amplify or simplify their work.
cheers!
