As the thread title says.. I got Half Life at CompUSA for 9.99 plus tax.

Im going to install it and use it for my mapping.. the cool thing is it came with TFC, BlueShift, on a 2 disk set. This is a none boxed version, just cell-rapped. If anyone else is looking to get a new CD.

Funny thing is it now has the Steam Logo on the back on the package. heh..

Im gonna install it all on my D Drive and hope this fixes any mapping problems I may be having with compile times.

heheheh today my friend just bought a HL cd key for $10 (australian, about $7 american i should say) coz his was suddenly used in steam by someone ... :rolleyes:

I didn't pay anything for mine I swaped about 50 playstation and 3 dreamcast games for about 25 pc games and HL generations was one of them and then about a week later they included blue shift in the generations pack but atleast I have the blue shift box.

I dunno how much I bought mine for, all I know is I got 3 half life disks each with a CD key. Think one came with Generations, one with a load of other games and the other on is the oldest one I own, which came alone. I think it's the very first one that came out.

Ah, I remember after playing that demo I went straight out to find it. Now look what it's done to me!
