Have you set up your compile tools? It involves setting the CSG BSP RAD and VIS paths in the 'build programs' tab of the settings window to the compile tools you're using. It's something like c:\Program Files\Valve\Hammer\tools\q***.exe, though I haven't done it in a while so don't wuote me on the paths.

Edit:
removed irrelevant information and contradictions and added clarification
#2: spelling and further clarification

From your compile log it looks like you have the compile tools set up correctly but something is wrong with your map. Not sure what though, best I can say is make sure there is nothing going off the grid. Maybe someone else here knows what might be going on.

The way that a lot of people do their compiling is with ZHLT (an alternative set of compile programs) and batch files. A batch file is just a list of commands to be run in order that you can make in notepad. There are also compile batch file generators, like nem's batch compiler, which can be found here.

Do a search for Zoners Half-Life Tools (ZHLT), those are updated
versions of the compilers and do a much better job. Try compiling with
them (just install ZHLT somewhere, and link to the ZHLT compile
programs instead of the old ones).

EDIT: Hmm, hadn't seen your last post, Baron.

EDIT2: What's with the red text? White is default and easier to read, too...

info_player_deathmatch is used for terrorist spawn points. I think you need to get the cstrike fgd if you don't already have it. link
It's the second download, cstrike_wc33.zip.

Disregard that if you've already got halflife-cs.fgd set up in your game configurations.

You need to place that custom .wad file in the correct folder so CS can
find it. In your case that's the counter-strike\cstrike\ folder.
