This may or may not solve your respawn problem, but i know that you only need one template_maker. With one template maker your npc's will spawn within the "radius" around the maker, witch you have as 256.
Its possible that your makers wont respawn because if they activated all 6 of them would, and put you over your max limit of npc's.
If that doesn't work then post your setting for the template its self. That should fill in any missing information.

other than moving the template maker higher off the ground (try 70 units) I'm out of ideas. Sorry.
If you can't manage to get it to work and no one els has a answer then copy past the maker, template, trigger and timer into a vmf file and i take a look at it.

I have found my answer, and it was that I added my output to my npc_template_maker as 'spawn' not enable. The output spawn only makes 1 combine spawn and not the whole thing. Thank you for helping me.
