Hiya, I am not sure wether this is the right place for it or not ( ;) ), but I would like to know how to stop something :) Okay, so here goes nothing:

When I start my map, all of the zombie sounds come at the same time as the player spawns. I have noticed that it ain't like that on the official Valve maps. So how can I stop all of the sounds bombarding the player as soon as the map starts?

Try enabling the "Gag" flag for each zombie, this makes the Zombies not make any noise until they see the player.

nope, wrong place. Questions about hl2 level editing should be made in the hl2 editing section. (strange as that may seem :roll: )

Haha, yeah, I doned what aaron_da_killa said. I just wanted to know if there was a special way. And why should we hear the zombies through walls anyhow?
