I'm surprised nobody said anything about if before. I wonder how low your rating has to be to get it.

hmm.
why not use the ratings system to help someone out if you think they are unjustly tagged?
just a thought.

Who decided that noob was a derogatory term anyway? This noob branding could be helpful, it would allow people to know that they were answering noob questions and allow them to go into more detail... or just make fun.

The low rating speaks for itself, having a red text saying the person is a noob is just not right IMO

Second thoughts:
Maybe it's a little cruel. The rating speaks quite good for itself as someone said...

The rating isn't based on just mapping skill, it can be judged on how helpful they are or whatever you want to rate them by. It's up to you.

well, lets see....i havent released a map yet, i admit im a "noob" texture monkey, i dont spell much worth a s**t, im old, beat up, rode hard and put away wet......but i try to help in a fairly congenial way whenever i can.....so, "noob" is possibly akin to...."shmuck"?? ***runs
