Forest Insurrection - Hostage Rescue

Counter-Terrorists: An Elite Rescue Team has been air lifted to an old building at the far end of the valley. Your mission is to rescue the remaining 4 hostages from the terrorist's stronghold and bring them back safely to the

insertion point. If the rescue mission is not going well, there is an old cave that you bring the hostages to where they will be safe.

Terrorists: You were already given a large ransom payment for the hostages but decided to ask for more money. Being that you don't like to hear "no", your group killed one of the hostages and will kill more unless the extra money is delivered!

Funtime is over. Someone must pay!

Intro
By way of introduction, I am "Redclaw" and I have spent the last 4 years mapping for AVP2. I also served as a map reviewer for PlanetAVP.

About 6 months ago I jumped in the Half Life 2 and CounterStrike arena feet first. It's been a total blast and I love the HL2 world.

Installation
Unzip the files cs_forest_insurrection_v1.bsp:

WARNING
Changing the map name from "cs_forest_inssurection_v1.bsp" to anything else will cause

all the special visual effects (specularity) to stop working as the cubemaps have been compiled

for this map filename only. Basically the map will look like crap if you change it's name.

This is a fun map for Counter-Strike Source. Made by yours truely Zein, thought by me to. Its called Ninja Madness because of the ninjas. The map can only hold 44 players (not the full 62). The CTs (ninjas) have speed and knives only, they can jump high too! The Ts (pirates, ninja killers, whatever you think) have pistols and a bomb to plant in the ninja palace. Can the Terrorists beat the ninjas down and blow their palace, or will the ninjas slash every Terrorist's throat!

The counter-terrorist team has been dispatched to thwart the mercenary's plan.

Counter Strike Source aim_map_indoor

I made this map in a hope that it would be better than all the other aim_maps made so far and tried to use the concept of the original aim_map for 1.6 how ever on source because there are so many bad source aim_maps. This is my first ever map so please go easy on me.
Helpful criticism and feedback would be appreciated.

Well after my first one I thought I would put a little bit more time and planning into to the second one. More than anything I want to show improvement with this one over my first ick map. Anways better architecture in this one and same setting. Two teams and two bases isolated from each other and you use the teleports to reach the bombsites. The teleporters have been spiced up a bit from the last one which was just a door frame. A problem that this map will fix is that the people going through the teleporters would sometimes get stuck when teleporting together.
I also made it to where a random teleport will kill you, and that switches every so often.

Counter Strike Source fy_theyard

This was originally a deathmatch map that I ported to Counter-Strike 1.6. It seemed to be a hit with some so I decided to port it to CS Source. The buildings have undergone some major changes from the original version and my CS version. As well the outside area is more complex with things like a large oak tree and a 3D skybox to add more scenery.

Counter Strike Source csp_aztec

After almoust a month of development, CSP_Alpha finally reached the final version. This is the full bug-fix list:

* CT Spawn stair no more blocks the player;
* Corpses at T Spawn no more hurts when shot;
* Rain now goes from sky to ground;
* Thunder system equal to CS1.6 aztec;
* Realistic thunder lights;
* Smoother displacements;
* Floodlight sounds;
* CSPromod decal at start of river;
* No more grass texture overlaying a concrete floor;
* Cubemaps fixed (dark is dark, bright is bright);
* Indoor and Outdoor rain and thunder sounds are different;
* Unrealistic wood thing in bridge clipped;
* Roof area is now unreachable;
* Corpses at T Spawn no more lag (ragdoll to dynamic).

Now it is a question of time untill servers start hosting csp_aztec. Do your part. Download it here and help us; Help us playing our maps to demonstrate interest, letting us make more projects.
