Half-Life: Deathmatch Outhouse

This is my first map. I started out with a theme (a mining area) but just turned into whatever. A bit of a learning cycle to try different things. It's a simple map, but has quite a bit of area to it. I'd like any comments/questions/critisism/whatever. Yes, I know my texturing sucks. I need to work on that a bit. I also think the weapons/items need better placement.

Map details:
Features an outhouse! Also has a "bunker" type lookout with a usable mounted machine gun. There's 4 breakable walls (one is actually a 'chute' type thing) for sniping (or whatever), a small trap (collapsing floor). 10 player respawns, one of each weapon (except 2 shotguns and 2 ARs) and at least 2 of all ammo types. Health station and various health packs, charge station (but no batteries), and lastly, a jumppack (not technically required to get anywhere, but can be helpful)

At this moment all work on Mudanchee is halted. A combination of designers block and the complexicity of this map. R_speeds are very close to 800/900 at some points and the amount of entities I used slow it down even on my computer.

Maybe I'll continue with this map, but most likely not. However, I might use the idea for a HL2 map, but we'll see about that.

A small arena, I Don't Know started out as a simple staircase. That's all. From there on I had no idea what I was doing other than building random stuff, hence the name: I Don't Know.

A close reproduction of Kakariko Villiage from Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Considering that it was designed as a peaceful hamlet, it lends itself very well to combat. I spent a lot of time finding a weapons balance I thought was fair. The roofs are close enough to long-jump between and two of the buildings can be entered for health. The bottom of the well slowly recharges health, but one can be trapped down there temporarily if someone else drains the water by touching the windmill door. It also comes with background music, which can be turned on and off in the potion shop, either because of personal preference or to sync it up on nearby computers during LAN play. This map is good in Half-Life, but better in Op4!
