<SPAN class=mainmenu>Hey, I'm a member from a Mod team, we are looking for a C++ coder for our HL2 mod. Details are available at www.forums.ozone-11.com .

Basic story outline is such:

It is the year 2250, Hilex Corp, one of the largest corporations on Earth, are industry leaders in Space Exploration and Bio-Technology. Communication has been lost with a colony planet upon which scientists conducting studies on native wild life. A team of rescue marines has been sent to investigate why the scientists are no longer responding.

You guys got a site rather than a disorganized forum? And a good
introduction of what this mod is all about (a story and some weapon
models don't say much, really)?

And who are you, bytheway?

I'm afraid there are only a small number of programmers in our
community, and of those only one or two are games programmers :sad: Best
of luck in your search though, and I second CP's suggestion about
checking out some guides on mod recruitment - it's a tricky business
hunting for staff, particularly when the mod is quite young or early in
development, so don't take any of this advice as flaming as I assure
you that's not what is meant.
