I want to know how to make physic props out of props wich are static. I've seen them do it on zm_ maps. They make sofas physic props. Please tell me if you know anything about this. t/css"></head><body topmargin=2 leftmargin=2>

There's a mapping forum board for questions like these: Half-Life 2 editing.

Anyway, you could change the models themselves: creating a custom version, with some modified physics data, and embedding them into your map.
Or you could try parenting them to a func_physics brush, which - if it works correctly - would be the easier option.

I tried making them into physic props but the console sayd that these props do not have a physic model so the source engine doesnt spawn them on the map.

use a prop_physics_override

hmph, there's no 'make this an answer' option, when a thread is started on the wrong board.
