But it's not a vest! It's an HEV suit, Harzardous EnV. suit.
Though I think it's Hazardous Environmental Vox, it has a Vox in it. What Vox stands for I have no idea.

"Vox" means "voice".
Eg. fvox in the HL pak sounds directory.

Vox sounds so cool though you have to admit, always wanted to make an evil spaceship with that voice used loads, really evil sounding

I work in the city centre, in Saddlers Bar on Sadler Gate though! Where do you hail from mate? Adam Hawkins (mapper on here) lives in Chesterfield, as well...

I think it's Hazardous EnViormental SUIT. Take out all of those capital letters in order and you get H.E.V. SUIT.

If you all live in the UK, you're about five minutes away from eachother anyway.
Once we get more members again, we could do like Fark.com and have everyone who lives in a general area meet at a bar/pub somewhere.

Actually, if any of you ignorant fools have watched the national news (ITV or BBC1) (UK people) you would have seen Denby pet supplies as the headlining story on both!
Some dodgy factory was buying chicken unfit for human consumption (?25 a ton says it all) and selling it to national supermarkets, schools and hospitals, as well as many other places  It pays not to live with your hands over your ears and your eyes..
[edit - forgot to add - I WILL DESTROY ALL OF YOU!]
