Even a once off payment is a huge thing to expect, never mind a monthly. Hope he knows what he's at, wouldn't like to see it flop.

Perhaps some kind of subscription charge for premium membership, with special benefits - eg. web hosting. Unless there is a basic free membership option, I can't see GA building up a strong community. Maybe advertising could help build up revenue too.
And if it doesn't build up a strong community, it WILL flop :sad:
I admire the enterprising nature of all this - it would be great if Mustang et al could turn their passion for gaming into a career serving the community - but it would be a great shame for it to fail.

How would one go about paying monthly for subscribing to a site, especially when the majority of the target market won't have credit cards. Borrowing your dad's card each month seems like a hell of a lot of effort for the same people who can't search for their own tutorials.
