Download the appropriate programs and do it yourself, that way you'll actually learn things. I find Goldwave and Audacity (Google either) are also good alternatives to Cool Edit.

I've got some converting software handy. MP3 pro allows you to convert whatever into whatever, so that should work, I've also got Acid pro, but thats more of a composing program, nonetheless I could probably help you out with either.

Well, you probably should have mentioned that then. In Goldwave, when you save a .wav file, there should also be a dropdown box of various sound qualities. Select the 8 bit, mono, 11025 setting. And place a cue point at the beginning and end of the file.

Goldwave is teh best wav editor ever.

When you go to save as, choose "8-bit, mono, unsigned" from the format dropdown. Thats what I use, and it works fine.

Brasso: . . . bastard.

pulls out a gun Give me the Martain and one Les Paul lol.

jk, that's awesome, I wish I had money to build up a guitar collection, however I would own other instraments as well.

Are the Les Pauls Epiphone or Gibson? or a mix.

I wouldn't mind havin' a 12 string, kind of be a pain in the ass to play most of the things I play though (barr cords, they sound pretty, and give people the influence that you're good, especially if you pick the notes, forget what that's called).
