Is there a way to allow animated Avatars? Maybe this could be an unlock? can they be restricted by file size?

That's exactly the way I asked the admins this.

Even the file size part.
Anyways I think the unlock idea is great, I did not ask them about THAT. you could also ask this in my unlock ideas thread
