I was wondering what SDK's I need to install.

Source SDK,

Do I need these too? What do they offer?

Source SDK base

Source SDK base - Orange box

I uninstalled my tools and reinstalled because my model viewer would not load, maybe its a Windows 7 issue or something conflicting between all the SDK's?

Anyone else having an issue like this, any work around?

The SDK is the actual tools that you use to create content, while the SDK bases are essentially bare-bones games that you can mod. It saves you making a mod for, say, HL2 and getting all the HL2 assets you aren't intending on using included in your project.

That gives a better explanation than I can hope to here - fingers crossed it'll help you out.
